Advice on breakup

I’m writing here today for advice on a situation, I recently had a conversation with my caregiver (exclusively online) in which he decided to end things and I’m really struggling with this, I’m trying to be respectful of his individual decision making but it feels so unfair for me to be forced into a decision I don’t want to make, I know how selfish that probably sounds but it truly has shattered my heart.

For context he truly embodied everything in a caregiver I ever could have wanted and beyond, I finally found my love for being little again without it being met with constant hurt. I’m just looking for advice on what I can do while I try and transition to being alone ago that also won’t cause me to give up on that love for being little:) thank you in advance for your response!
