Help me I can’t find anyone in my area my type that likes me

I am 18 and a trans woman who is not on hrt due to fears of doctors. I really would love a more masculine woman or at this point any woman who would be willing to date me. I struggle with communication skills because I have autism and I often can’t tell if I’m anoying someone. I really want help dating and to be clear I have been using in person and dating apps.
