Feature Discussion: High scores

I think having a leaderboard to compare against could be a very interesting feature. Probably tied to a specific "Compare against others" button, so that it's entirely optional.

What I'm not certain about and think is an interesting topic for discussion is the metrics used to rank player's systems. Possibilities could be highest ridership, lowest subsidy relative to total riders, among many others.
