Best Magura MT5/7 Pads?

What are the best pads for most power/bite and for resisting fade.

I DO NOT CARE about sound and stuff like that..

Just pure power, i mostly ride in dry conditions and like the pads that have a really nice bite to them.. of course i would like them to last a bit, but i dont ride that often...

Also, should i go for resin, metal or maybe even carbon/ceramic?

Whats the deal with ceramic? never heard someone runs them...
