Used to have sex with my friend's girlfriend
I want to confess something about how I would help my friends feel more confident when they are intimate with their partners. I believe confidence during sex is not about proving anything or trying to impress someone. It comes from feeling comfortable, respected, and able to communicate openly.
If one of my friends felt nervous about being with a girl, I would first remind him that there is no need to pretend to know everything. Being honest about nervousness can actually make things less awkward. I would encourage him to focus on his partner as a person rather than worrying about whether he is performing well.
I would also tell my friends that confidence grows when both people feel heard. Asking what their partner likes, paying attention to their reactions, and being willing to slow down or stop when necessary are all signs of maturity, not weakness. Consent and comfort should always come before trying to impress anyone.
I would encourage my friends not to compare themselves with other people or with unrealistic portrayals of sex online. Everyone has different experiences, preferences, and comfort levels, so there is no single definition of what a “confident” partner looks like.
Most importantly, I would tell them that intimacy is supposed to be something shared, not something one person has to perform perfectly. A supportive relationship is built through trust, patience, communication, and mutual respect.
IF THIS ALL DID'NT WORKED THEN I HAD TO STEP IN AND HAVE SEX WITH THEIR GIRL WHILE THEY JUST WATCHED ME. WHICH EVENTUALLY INCREASED THEIR MORALE
