Best resources for online learning outside Math Academy + PhysicsGraph?

What will take you the fastest and deepest learning route learning things that Math Academy and PhysicsGraph don't cover? For example, the humanities. Khan Academy? or good classic textbooks still haven't been replaced? What else would you guys recommend?
