How many games do you play every day?

Was reading up on a few subs and the general consensus was only 1-2 rapid games / day, or 5-6 blitz games until they lose. Me personally, I was quite shocked by these numbers because I’ll easily, and very happily, sit and play for a couple of hours at a time and play let’s say 25 x 3|2.

So, how many games of chess do you play everyday and what time increment?
