Handhelds and Wardogs?

So I love playing war dogs but my schedule has me limited to be on my computer. I got the PlayStation portal for this exact reason and it worked great for my ps5 games. So I been looking at getting a handheld to replace the portal with and allow me to play Steam content. From what I've read the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ is the best performing handheld out right now. Has anyone played Wardogs on the Claw, specifically the 8 ex ai+? How was your experience in regards to game performance? I already play with a controller so that shouldn't be an issue. Is there a handheld out that's better than the claw 8 ex? A friend got the rog AllyX (the newest version) but I heard it leaves quiet a bit to be desired.

TLDR; looking for a handheld to play Wardogs. Looking at MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ but open to suggestions and reviews of experiences.
