[Wanted] Studio / guesthouse in Echo Park, Silverlake Los Feliz, East Hollywood or WeHo — $1700 max — November

hey! i’m Jaden, 27, originally from southern california and currently living in Berlin, Germany. i’m heading back to LA and looking for a studio, guesthouse, ADU, or other private space for November, with the possibility of staying through December.

my budget is up to $1700/month. ideally looking in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, East Hollywood, or West Hollywood, but I’m open to nearby areas if the place is a good fit.

a little about me: i’m a photographer and run my own clothing brand, so I work independently and have a pretty flexible schedule. i’m creative, laid-back, clean, respectful, and generally pretty quiet at home. i’m a non-smoker. i’ve lived on my own/in sublets for years and am very used to taking care of someone else’s space.

open to furnished sublets, month-to-month, guesthouses, etc. private space only! not looking for a room in a shared apartment.
