Plot movie: After a relaxing day in the center of Agropoli (the main setting of the film \*Prism Party 10\*—incidentally, a sequel to this movie), Mario and his team notice a strange letter inside a bubble, inviting them to the Castel Romano outlet. The team is thrilled, but the letter suddenly traps them in bubbles and carries them up into the sky above the outlet. While Mario and his friends celebrate at Castel Romano, Goro Majima appears; jealous that he wasn't invited while they were, he erects "Goro's Tower" and declares that everyone is welcome to join his "bad party." He begins to put a stop to the fun at the outlet by encasing everything in bubbles. He also infuses the bubbles with dark magic—using the bubble machine to create bubble clones of the team to guard the tower. Pucca and Herbert (the host of \*Prism Party 11\*) enter the tower and, with the help of Mario's team, manage to defeat the bubble clones as well as various bosses. After defeating Goro Majima at his naval base, Pucca defeats her own bubble clones while protecting the bubble machine, finally destroying the machine with a powerful ground pound. In the end, Mario's team—joined by Pucca and Herbert—returns to Castel Romano to resume the interrupted party: amidst coins and side-scrolling minigames spanning over 20 turns, Reiko (\*Fire Emblem\*) emerges as the Superstar.
