1440p 240Hz IPS monitor for competitive gaming

Looking for a 1440p 240hz monitor for competitive gaming, mainly apex legends, I was IPS and a very low latency/response time.

I have looked at the HP Omen 27qs, Phillips Envia 27M2N3501PA

Budget around £200
