Author page request

Hi all, fairly new to KDP, just uploaded my first novel a couple/three weeks ago and filled the author page and made the request.
The thing is, I am still waiting to have my author page accepted. How long does it really take? I read that a week is normal, I am on my way to the third week.
Any way to reach them? Or should I just wait a little bit more?
