For anyone that used Dyson ontrack s longer than a year

This is my first time posting here so I’m sorry if I missed something. I got a dyson ontrack as a new years present on december of 2024 and have been using it since then constantly. I use headphones everyday and everywhere. Sadly I am not very well versed in technical stuff so I might not be able to answer questions very well. I am here to ask this: Did anybody also experience what I am about to describe?Lately when I put on my headphones whether they are playing a sound or not they started to make a sound that is quite loud and distracting. The closest thing I can describe it as is a fan blade knocking onto something inside the headphones.It is loud and fast paced. I do lay down with my headphones which I am sure contributes to my issue. I do have the app but never really used it before. Apparently they had an update for the headphones which I did do today. No idea if it’s improved or not as I just put the headphones back on, sometimes the noise takes a while to start. Is this normal or should I go to tech support?
