Neapolitan curly hair help

Hey guys, I’ve been wanting to get my hair coloured / dyed in Neapolitan colours (light pink, blonde, brown) but I have no idea where to start. I have 3B/C long hair that I bleached highlights into around two years ago (I never touched them up), and I have recently tried to dye it light brown with garnier good but it hasn’t really worked. My ends are also a bit dry and damaged.

Can anyone recommend anywhere reasonable in London/surrounding areas that would be reachable via car or train from Essex? I am quite particular about my hair, I love it and would want to go somewhere trusted for it for a full cut, wash, blow dry AND the Neapolitan colour treatment. Thank you !
