Middleton Boulevard Resurface

Does anybody know if it is actually finished? I drove down there yesterday, and granted I was in my other car which is lowered, stiffer suspension etc, but it was shaking my whole car to bits lol. It drove absolutely terribly. It's like they have forgotten to do the final treatment with a roller to smooth it out. The bits that had not been resurfaced at the traffic lights half way up were lovely and smooth. I shouldn't moan about some of our roads finally getting resurfaced but I think I'd rather have continued dodging the potholes than drive over whatever cheap junk they have put down.
