Autistic in search for an opportunity
Hi, i’m 25, with an IT degree, living in Atlantic Canada. I work retail but it can be extremely draining for me (but I still do it because I need to pay my bills). It’s not good money but money is money.
I’ve worked with IT for three years, while doing college and working hospitality jobs.
I can’t start a new degree right now.
Every time I’ve went to a job agency they say that I have an impressive resume, my LinkedIn is good and I have enough projects to show my abilities, it just seems like no one is hiring.
My neuropsychologist has told me that working customer service/hospitality jobs is destroying my mental health.
I really wanna do something less public-focused but I don’t know what or how.
Any advice would be appreciated.
