I just got my PS5, is this a good deal?

Hey all, I just got PS5, last time I played was on PS2 back in the day, since GTA6 is around the corner, I wanted to buy PS5, also wanted to play other games on it too, I was thinking to get the extra subscription, but it is only 400 INR difference, so is it worth to go for deluxe? if so after 1 year, i will probably play al the games in classic catalogue, so I will be downgrading to extra, it will be fine right? I can keep all the monthly games I accumulated correct?
