No sex drive- 22y/o on Zoloft

Hi!
I’m getting married next summer to the most amazing man ever… BUT I struggle so bad (not just him, really my whole life) with my sex drive.

I’ve been on Zoloft since age 7 (22 now) for severe anxiety). Dosage has fluctuated. Currently on 100mg, but decreasing to 75mg. I really don’t deal with much anxiety, but want to slow wean since I’ve been on it for so long…

Anyways- TMI, but we are trying to save ourselves for marriage, and when we slip up, it’s normally just things like dry humping. We had a few drinks last weekend and I tried to initiate sex, and was feeling good, but it wouldn’t fit. I’m not a virgin, and I have had sex before where it hurt, but it hurt soooo bad. I worry it’s due to my decreased libido. I ended up just telling him we shouldn’t do it because it hurt too bad.

Any advice for people on Zoloft and sex drive? I want to please him physically, but I never am in the mood to even just makeout sometimes :(

He is so patient and most men would straight up leave, so I’m so grateful for how he is with me for this…
