Chem 263 lab help

Hi hoping someone can clarify / help me with this.
For my first lab. I’m just wondering if I’m doing this right ? I just have to write out steps out for Solid / liquid ( I looked at the info on lab flow) on the giving workbook we got when we paid our lab fee and then upload what we wrote into the pre lab submission in lab flow ? This just seems simple and I’m worried I’m missing something as it stated that we should be taking 2/3 hours to prepare for the labs
I know it’s the first lab and probably slightly easier
I’m just having anxiety and wanna triple check in doing this right for my first lab lol
