Ghosted after minor argument

Recently went on a first date with a guy I really liked and vibed well with, we even planned a second date. I questioned him about something that happened during the date, not in an aggressive way of course, but he misconstrued it as me accusing him of doing something wrong despite me explaining what I mean and he hasn’t spoken to me since. I even messaged him again asking if he’s upset but no reply. I’ve been super stressed since this happened and now I’m feeling like I shouldn’t have brought the topic up in the first place but this person is 15 years older than me and it’s insane he can’t communicate with me like an adult. Not sure if we’re coming back from this. It’s just silly how a minor disagreement derailed such a good thing.
