Is Jonathan Brooks Droppable?

In the offseason there was talk that Jonathan Brooks could become the RB1 in this panthers backfield. Through 2 games Chubba very clearly seems to be the lead running back and Brooks got injured again. Especially in leagues with shallower benches is he droppable because he seems to have no role in this offense unless Chuba were to miss time?
