weird comments made by a professor

my professor made some really weird bordering on sexual comments in class and i dont know who to talk to or what can even be done about this. i want to stay anonymous but the 'student concerns and complaint' website requires me to be logged in to submit a forum.

what was said was: on the first day of class in the lab, the professor was going over safety procedures and when they got to the emergency shower they said something along the lines of "if you have to use this, you would have to strip down naked and then all of your classmates would be taking pictures and it would be so embarrassing so don't do that! i'm not a pervert or anything" i specifically remember the phrase "pervert" being used.
they also said "make daddy proud" to the class before handing out an exam. i don't know if i'm overreacting to this but it made me extremely grossed out and i almost got up and left :/

if anyone knows anything about the complaint process, please help me out here. or let me know if this isn't that big of a deal. thank you
