Apple sent me 2 Ultra 4s - Weird

I got my new ultra 4 watch yesterday, set it up.. Great.

Today, the watch shows that apple care is expired, and I can't add it.

Search the serial number on apple and w/support, they say it doesn't exist.

New UPS delivery today of Ultra 4 randomly, same UPS tracking number as yesterday, so it doesn't even show in the UPS app today.

New watch, still in box, serial number shows up in Apple. Support tells me to use that one.

I was on with sales, asking what to do with the one that doesn't exist, and just played phone tag... i'm done with it.

So, this old one can be paired, and can be used, it's just not officially in Apple's systems and you can't add apple care to it.. Weird.

Not sure what to do with the watch. I'm not going to try to return it, i'm afraid it will show up as the newer one since I only have 1 Apple watch order in my account.
