Persona Verification question/help

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help with any info.

I live in NYC & a few weeks back purchased tickets via ticketmaster for a show in Mexico City that will be on Feb. 3rd of 2027.

I went to sign in today & was told I have to verify myself via persona except even if I wanted to, I can’t.

I am in the process of getting a new government ID, my old one expired & now ticketmaster is saying I must verify who I am by Oct. 2nd except my ID will not arrive by then.

I called their “customer service” & was literally told to call back on Oct. 2nd. They offered no help & no answers.

What happens to my tickets if I cannot verify my account by the 2nd of October? My ID won’t be arriving until at least a week after that.

Any help is appreciated as this show will be part of the 1st vacation I’ve taken in over 15 years.
