Switch to Dutasteride from Fin and give up minoxidil?

Nearing 1 year post op for 3.5k grafts to crown area that seems still a bit sparse not very dense. I feel finasteride is not working the best. And I don’t like the texture of the hair either that seems rough.

Currently consistently using finasteride and minoxidil.

Can I just switch to Dutasteride and give up both finasteride+minoxidil altogether? Please recommend if just using Dutasteride every day would be good long term!
