My sister Was stealing oc’s. I locked her out of her account

I just found out. Did I do the right thing?? She’s been screenshotting oc’s, putting them into ai to remove watermarks, and trading/Cross selling/WTA them. I feel disgusted. She’s 13, I logged her out and changed the password, Gonna delete her account. She had about 100 characters. I deleted all of them and refined any art she got via WTA. She was cross selling using adopt me so I moved those pets to a random account and changed the password. She’s been stalking accounts and stealing specifically NEW oc’s so they have the same ’created’ date, so she can’t get accused of stealing.
