Hermes At work

Hey guys!

I want to use Hermes at work, but I can't find the best setup.

I started by running all profiles via Docker, but for coding, if I mount the projects, it is extremely slow on macOS.

At home, I have my own VPS, so I run everything `local`. At work, I want to prevent the agent from accessing anything I might have, like AWS, GitHub, or anything else.

What are the other options, or did I configure the Docker mount incorrectly?

I read that this slowness was related to the virt filesystem (or something like that—it was weeks ago), so it was extremely slow to sync back to the host.

What are your ideas/setups?
