[Desktop Web] Community Posts Getting Removed After Mod Approval

On r/aistartrek, our mod team has noticed that several user posts have disappeared from the community feed after we attempted to approve them, and show as removed on the users' profiles. Multiple attempts to approve each post have been unsuccessful. The posts will stay on the feed so long as we don't click "approve" or "remove". This appears to have started sometime between 1PM-3PM MDT. DownDetector.com does not show any similar user reports during this time. Please help!
