SimpliAmp Screen stuck

I was able to do a firmware update, but trying to get to figure out how to get to screen calibration (if it exists, please tell me it exists) and i wasn't able to login with admin and password0000 or last 4 of SN. The touch sensor is jacked and the back button does not register touch at all. Anyone deal with this and able to fix?
