Anyone knowledgable know what this means?

I recently shipped to Janoshik for testing Via UPS, and followed the instructions. The UPS website now says it's in CR, and reads "**Power of Attorney documentation is missing and required for clearance"**Has anyone else run into this same message? Is it normal and should I stop worrying about this?
