Lag fixes?

I've been trying to get into EAW again but even with no mods and lowest setting i can barely reach 25-30 FPS. My hardware should've been overkill for the game since i can run games like Cyberpunk 2077 and armoured core just fine but this game is barely playable.

Anyone got any fixes?
