Aquaphalt?

Can I use aquaphalt to fix this pothole / dip where my concrete driveway meets the road? The hole has gotten bigger and sections of asphalt is breaking away. I'm worried it'll erode more but am not sure if aquaphalt is good enough or if I need professional help with gravel and actual hot asphalt etc.
