Vibration reducing mounts for hard drives - Yay / Nay ?

Is dampening the vibrations generated by spinning disks something to be worried about in a 4+ drive case?

I'm not concerned about noise but just the vibrations from multiple hard disks affecting the longevity of the drives

I got some screws which sit within rubber grommets but it's pain to mount since the case is regular Cooler Master N400 case and doesn't have any rails or gaps to

To use or not to use vibration dampening solutions?? And if yes, which one?
