ISO 27x40 full bleed offset in/near NYC

Hey folks, my shop is on the smaller side, in lower Manhattan. I've got 2 different clients who are growing and looking for posters in volumes ranging from 300 to 8000. The size is critical because they will be going into theaters, and probably sold in retail. None of our trade partners have presses that size, and our searches are not fruitful so far.

Normally we'd do this stuff on wide format inkjet, but these quantities are obviously not sustainable.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
