Resonance

I don't even know where to start. I look at a question and it's literally another language. Like I understand the rules in isolation, but for some reason if you put a skeletal structure in front of me I a) don't know how to start and b) don't know when to end.

Any advice would be appreciated because I don't think I trust the plethora of people who tell me it'll just click. I usually do well with systematic approaches.

Also is this a common issue for people, because I feel like I've never struggled this hard before.
