convert two dildos into double-ended dildo for strap-on?

I kinda hate all the "strapless strap-ons" out there. Either they don't work for my anatomy, or the bit for the wearer is WAY TOO SMALL. Is there any way to convert an existing dildo into a "strapless" strap-on? Or into a double-ended dildo (ie, connect two dildos together)?
