Wolf cut/ shag hairdresser in Rijeka

Does anybody know a good hairdresser in Rijeka that know how to cut layers for these haircuts and bangs?

Any salon i saw doesnt seem to be doing these hairstyles and a friend tried to do a wolf cut at one of these salons and it got butchered badly.
