Transition completely stalled for months. Extremely desperate.

Hi, so basically I switched from injections (Een 5mg/7days) since late April. And... absolutely nothing changed about me since then; no fat distribution at all, face hasn't changed at all, breast development hasn't happened since at all. (I know I haven't changed, I have taken regular photos).

Before, I was on gel and I believe I was getting development from it, can't help but feel like I fucked up switching to injections, and can't help but feel that I may even be detransitioning.

I took a trst two months ago, and got like 280~ something pg/nl of E but somehow I got DHT high at around 120~ pg/ml (I tried prog for a month but felt I was getting masculinising effects, it seems I was right).

I am almost 11 months on hrt, I know people tend to say that everything speeds up year 2 but I just don't believe it, I am completely broken and crestfallen, my dysphoria is spiraling almost daily. If I haven't had any changes for like 6 months, why should I believe that things will get better in the future?
