7 Superficial stomach ulcers while being negative for h pylori, NSAIDs, and malignancy

Physician Responded

Im a 19 year old female who had and endoscopy in August to diagnose stomach pain. The egd showed 7 superficial ulcers throughout the stomach and duodenum. I tested negative for h pylori and malignancy throughout the biopsy. I don’t abuse NSAIDs. My stomach pain has gotten worse now. Also the same time I experienced the ulcers I also started have yellow, floating, bulky stools. I’m afraid that this sounds closely similar to zollinger ellisons syndrome. What do you guys think? Any advice is welcome and very appreciated!!
