Repeated round in the WDIV-TV (Detroit) broadcast?

During the 9/22/26 broadcast in Detroit on WDIV, the prize puzzle ran twice. The same trip to Finland was awarded and announced twice. This comes on the heels of two botched episodes of Jeopardy! on WDIV last week.

Clearly there is something going at Sony or CBS that is causing these broadcasts to be botched.
