What would be the best way to heat up an all in one growing bag?

For context I live in a small apartment. One room. I’m looking to grow a small batch of mushrooms using a 3lb grow bag. The room right now is hovering at around 66 degrees I would like it to remain at around 70. Is there any way that would be easiest to at least one portion of the room be at 70 degrees.
