Should I research 100% of items on Journey mode?

So basically the other day I was bored and thought: "Why don't I complete 100% of Journey mode research in vanilla, it says on Steam there is an achievement with barely any completions for half of it". And now I'm at about 24% and I feel like it's gonna take quite a while, should I aim for 100%?
