How do you deal with constant harassment for your ship and people flinging insults? I truly believe I'm the only person who has this ship in my fandom I was already harassed off a site for my views to where I deleted my account to stop getting messages about it. (shared experience welcomed)

So, I'll share my story first I ship Ranni and Blaidd from Elden Ring they have a lifelong bond they know each other well and he's so devoted to her, and she even says she loves him. Plus, they fill a lot of normal tropes; childhood friends to lovers, beauty/beast, and lady/protector and the potential is endless since he knew her before she was cold and distant in her flesh body, he'd probably know her better than anyone reading her mannerisms, tones etc. I fell in love with the idea instantly. But people view them as siblings already a big nono for people (even though they don't share blood and are not related at all). Another thing that I feel gets me hate is obviously her ending (not confirmed canon in a game with 6 endings so no ending is canon) has her with the player character so hyper parasocial wierdos who get defensive slander and bash me for thinking they are cute together and shipping them. It's always instantly a bash session and people degrading me down to the lowest level of society for thinking two fictional characters would make a good couple, or for "StEaLiNg ThEiR WiFe" the number of reasons they throw at me or bash the things I post get me so upset. What's your story and how did you deal when you first realized your opinion would get you blasted from the community you're in, thank you.
