Can my Ayn Thor gaming device get me in trouble when entering the country?

Im about to leave to go on a holiday to the united states but I've heard they can check your devices. If they happen to see my Thor can they see i have downloaded games on it? And could that get me in trouble there of they decide to check its content to see my ROMs?
