Recommend me movies where a state-owned enterprise is the villain

Usually movies where corporations are the big villains, they are private-owned mostly, named under a surname of a character, supposedly the villain and the owner, or dynasty per se.

Is there a movie where a state-owned enterprise is the villain. Distinctly, a corporation owned by the government, that has to answer the government's demands and such, not for a specific someone's or a specific group's personal interest.
