Interested or not

After she looked me for 6 months of eyecontact she once looked me for about 5 seconds after I caught her until i waved at her , Right after my wave she turned it was from distance,she looks me and looks down she and her friend always laugh at me when they are together but i noticed her behaviour change in my presence all i noticed but one day she was upset just seeing me beside a girl after that i showed geniune interest I went to talk to her now I'm the one reacting change behaviour infront of her is went to talk after name exchange she acted like nothing happened so i kept as it is she took her phone in front me so left after that another meanwhile still her friend laugh at me and notice me,again i went asked her hometown she told it and she revealed she this morning like that without asking but her reply was very short polite .

Next day i went said hi she replied but when I went her she took her phone called someone but phone didnt picked so she became tensed she stopped to let me go front after that i realise she avoiding i saw her face was annoyed like so i waked away without saying anything

What is happening here i went to approach because she gave signs and reactions
