Where is the best place to farm?

I've been playing E7 for some time now and there is a constant hurdle I've run into. One: I don't have enough good equipment. Two: When I have equipment, I don't have enough materials to upgrade/enhance them
Nb - I've been farming hunts lately which has helped with problem no. 1, but any other advice is helpful...
