My heath insurance policy is rejected

I disclosed anxiety, OCD, and sleep issues whileapplying for health insurance. So far, HDFC ERGO and Niva Bupa have rejected my proposals. Should I have not disclosed these conditions? What are my options now, and how can I get a health insurance policy that covers me?
