Updated Dedicated Endpoints on-demand (PAYG) rates:

H100: $4.05/hr → $4.70/hr

H200: $4.70/hr → $5.60/hr

B200: $7.40/hr → $8.70/hr

B300: $8.10/hr → $9.70/hr
