Recorded on interview is it the norm now?

Hi all,

I recently had an interview and they didn't disclose that the interview will be recorded. I thought that was a bit weird as I could clearly see they started recording.

A couple years ago, the interviews were not recorded and if they were they would be a disclaimer. Just checking with the community in case I missed this new trend of not notifying the interviewees.

Thank you very much!
